. Human Error and Incident Prevention Responsible for account management the principal consultant will lead on projects -developing bespoke solutions to meet the unique needs of the client. The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years experience in human factors ergonomics/psychology) with a relevant post graduate qualification and either be or eligible for Chartered Psychologist or Registered Ergonomist status. Reporting to the Project Principal Consultant the Senior Consultant will deal with the day to day management of client projects liasing directly with the client. The successful candidate will have a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline and be working towards professional status as a Psychologist or Ergonomist. Successful applicants will need to be an enthusiastic trainer, highly client focused, ambitious, able to deal effectively with all levels of an organisation and be prepared to travel overseas.
